The Original Bradley Smoker - a deep knowledge with a new user

I will show my first smoke with the Bradley Smoker. There are a couple of vids here, but nobody really go in depth, so I decide the details to see if this thing is for you. (If you cook pork and buy a no, you're crazy.) I've been cooking with smoke for 20 years ... when you taste food cooked on a smoky flavor, you can not return to normal things. I started with a smoker box for my gas grill with soaked wood chips and bits (still use every time you grill). Grids are good forHot, but not so good for low and slow barbecue pork, so I tried a side fire box smoker grill. A lot of work trying to keep the temperature and mix well with wood per hour. Now I have completed the Bradley Smoker. I'm going down my fire smoking side of the box ... Bradley is awesome! I researched online and registered on their forums (forum.bradleysmoker.com super nice, there are people available. You get questions right away and that caused great recipe gives ideas on how towell. There was a cream cheese with pepper, it was illegal to smoke as well. The posts on their forum as fatandugly (and in real life!) The Bradley makes it so easy to keep the temperature unit and the smoke clears CLOUDS of smoke delicious taste what you cook. If you cook pork, this thing is a dream machine. I just finished my second batch of steaks and sausages and made a pig's ass ... WOW! Used shredded oak and smoke in the lower right hand whenpulled ...
